The
upper room
Last
year God opened a door for us to go to the States. We had the privilege to play
at ‘The Upper Room’, Farmersville, Dallas. This was the first Christian club
we had ever performed at and we were very much impressed with the way it
operated. Besides that there’s live music, there’s also all sorts of
entertaining activities like video nights, pool, video games, flippers and bar
where most of the things are for free. What we didn’t see was cigarettes,
drugs and alcohol. The club was mostly for teenagers but there was no age
limits. It was a great place to make friends and have fun.

Clubs in Bulgaria
The clubs
in Bulgaria are open at nighttime and only adults are allowed to go there. In
most of them you can hear live performances – covers of famous songs. These
clubs, of course, aim at providing entertainment for the masses and high
profits. Few are the clubs in Bulgaria which see things and music from another
perspective. One of them is ‘O!Shipka’ in Sofia where we regularly perform.
The club is for authorship music and provides the opportunity for all kinds of
bands from all over the country to present their own projects. The program is
quite varied and sometimes there are guests from other countries: there are no
restrictions concerning style. We believe for more Christian bands!
